How does Safety Shuttle work?

When an incident occurs, a supervisor logs into the Safety Shuttle web app to report the injury. We immediately coordinate transport through trusted ride-share vendors like Uber or Lyft, ensure the employee reaches a local clinic for treatment, and provide complete documentation for compliance.

Why should my company use Safety Shuttle instead of handling transport in-house?

Because it saves time, reduces liability, and eliminates confusion. Safety Shuttle ensures every incident is handled consistently and professionally, with real-time tracking and documented reporting for every trip.

Is Safety Shuttle an ambulance service?

No — Safety Shuttle is for non-emergency injuries. We handle situations where an employee needs first aid or urgent care but not an emergency response. In true emergencies, 911 should always be called.

What happens after the employee reaches the clinic?

Once the employee receives care, Safety Shuttle provides your company with a complete transport report including time, destination, and confirmation of arrival. You’ll have everything you need for recordkeeping and compliance.

How fast can a Safety Shuttle be arranged?

In most cases, transport is arranged within minutes of submitting a request. The process is fully automated through our platform to minimize delays and ensure fast medical attention.

Is Safety Shuttle available nationwide?
